Rosso Paestum Igp
Rosso Paestum Igp Tredaniele wine has an intense ruby red color with purplish highlights.
On the nose, it has hints of red fruits, sour cherry and ripe plum, sweet spices such as white pepper and streaks of cinnamon accompanied by balsamic notes. It is a full-bodied wine with round and silky tannins. Rosso Paestum Tredaniele suggests an excellent aging prospect, from 8 to 10 years.

The grapes for the Rosso Paestum Igp wine are harvested when fully ripe by hand and the bunches carefully selected.
Maceration and alcoholic fermentation take place at controlled temperature for about three weeks in stainless steel vats. This is followed by malolactic fermentation and long aging in oak barrels.
