Corsole Fiano Campania Igp
Tredaniele winery's Fiano Campania Igp perfectly expresses the varietal traits of the grape variety of origin. Refined and pleasant to the taste, it testifies to the uniqueness and vocation of the territory from which it comes. The bright straw yellow color with green reflections introduces a wide and sharp range of floral and fruity aromas. The characteristic scents of linden, acacia and moss blend with delicate nuances of exotic fruit, citrus and impalpable mentholated hints. The palate is intense and soft, with vigorous and balanced sapidity and balanced by inviting acid vein and good body.

Fiano Campania Igp Tredaniele is the result of the selection of the best grapes, hand-picked in the first decade of October and transported in crates to the processing site. After destemming, the berries undergo soft pressing with careful protection from oxygen. Clarification of the free-run juice occurs by natural decantation at low temperature. Following yeast inoculation, a long fermentation begins in refrigerated stainless steel vats. The wine spends several months aging on fine lees.
